Wilson Blade Countervail
The Wilson Blade Countervail offers a high dose of power and sublime ball control for the perfect shot. Because of the hybrid frame with a small bridge, the longitudinal strings are longer compared to a conventional racket. As a result, the string bed has more freedom of movement, providing extra ball acceleration during a shot. You can therefore hit the ball hard effortlessly. However, the racket head is compact and the spaces between the strings in the hitting zone are relatively small, which allows you to play every ball very accurately.
The Wilson Blade Countervail weighs 140 grams and most weight is located in the bottom of the frame. Due to its low balance point, the racket is particularly agile and ideal for offensive play. It’s easy to go for the volley and hit the ball earlier and so put your opponent under pressure. During the game, the Wilson Blade Countervail stays firmly in your hand with the tacky Exact Tack grip, which also gives good cushioning. The Sensation Strike strings provide that little bit of extra feeling, making it even easier to hit a winning shot. When it comes to appearance, the matte black frame with green accents looks fantastic. The Wilson Blade Countervail comes with a ½ cover.
This racket features Wilson's latest Countervail technology. A patented material, also used by NASA to save energy during space travel, has been added to the frame. During a shot, the energy of the ball is led into the racket instead of your body. This means that you won’t get tired that quickly and can continue to perform at your best longer. With the Wilson Blade Countervail you can control the ball even in the most exhausting rallies.
